I think Joe's Juice is something like vinegar anyway. You are just applying it directly to the Aiptasia so the amount is small and the effect on the pH is very small.

Save yourself a lot of work and drop Instar a PM and get some of his Bergia nudibranchs. There are probably several aiptasia back in your LR that you can't see for every one you can see and treat with JJ. Let the nudibranch's clean up the whole tank.
