coralvue is good. I just got the new e-ballast and it's awesome. Super quiet and very small and compact. Plus it lights both SE and DE bulbs. Only get's warm, never hot.

I wasn't too happy with the bluelines I ran. I had to replace one of the balllast after a year of use, and the other one would miss fire some times. I have been using IceCaps and PFO since with no problems....

Really depends on application and future use. If youre main concern is dependability and reliability, I agree with Tim on the PFO, Ive heard of very few failures with those ballasts, most were operator error.
Icecap (because of their service) would be my second choice and then Aro.

The coral vue ballasts pull less juice than an icecap of the same wattage. That helped w/ my decision.
