Joshua NICE!
I have a coolpix 4300 and have used it for the photos I have taken of my tank... So far I like it, I am still getting through th elearning curve... I do have some macro lense attatchments on order to see if that helps get some sexy close up shots.. overall though, I think you will be pleased, I only had to to shoot most of the corals in my tank 5 or 6 times to got a good shot, though, there are some that are persistently hard to get a shot of, I think this has to do with angle in the tank, angle of the glass, so on, so forth..

I'm having problems trying to take pics because of glare from my flash. That's why I haven't post any pics of my tanks. I've tried it without the flash but don't get very good color.
Any suggestions?

Try to shoot at an angle and not right againt the glass. You should be fine then.

put the lens right up against the glass and you wont get a glare.

did you get those zoos from texas tropical, i got a frag from yves there about a year ago. they grow like crazy in my tank, theyre growing on top of other zoo colonies. the other zoos look like greg's (360reef) fast yellow growers, but no where near the rate of the blue ones.
