ive heard people talking about this new store. how is the prices/selection? tired of paying alamo's prices, and waiting for fintiques one day a week order(although alot more reasonable than alamo if your patient).

Great place, great owners, low overhead, eager to offer "Hobbyist" advice, hard to find first time (see their map - link on sponsors page)

Their prices were dirt cheap when they first opened, and have climbed a little, but still the best I have found in SA - and MUCH better selection and healthier stock.

You should absolutely give them a look!

It has no competition, awesome selection, awesome service, awesome prices, beats any other store in san antonio, I was tired of alamos poor selection and over the top prices, i agree with srodgers..location is a bit tricky at first but its worht finding it, hope yall visit.

not to mention I have heard great stories of these guys helping rescue fish, and reefers alike (by lending out tank space or even equipment when disaster strikes.)

The size of their corals are great also for the prices. Have gotten some really nice stuff from them. Very helpful also. Worth the visit.

Yep, the owners are terrific guys that actually care about the hobby and the animals. That attitude combined with competitive prices on livestock and dry goods is pretty unusual. This is a store worth supporting!
