MAAST hierarchy?

I'm curious about this...

I only know that Misti is the Treasurer. I've seen several members with the title "Board of Director"; Missing an "s" at the end, BTW. However, I have never seen a list. Who is the president? Who is the Board's Chair? How many members make up to board? Who are they?

Also, how do the administration of this site get chosen? Who chooses them?

There is an elected president and vice president along with several elected board of directors. The treasurer and secretary are appointed. Currently Chris Pugh is the president and Jim Norris is the VP. Myself along with several others are memberrs of the Board of Directors. The website is controlled by Chris Pugh has he is the one that established it and has control over the domain name currently. Hope that helps.
