My brittle star has been with us a long time. Same fish, etc, good water, nothing odd. I saw him a few days ago and noticed some legs missing, They looked like they had been cut off. So I was thinking maybe a rock fell on him toward the back of tank and I just didn't know it. I have kept an eye on him for infection or preditor or a meteor from the sky. Nothing. Now another leg is gone in the same manner. Last night I moved him to a medi tank so I could really watch him from a distance. This morning there were two other 'joints' in the water. I was feeding big tank, DT's, flakes, live brine shrimp(treats), frozen HEB dinner shrimp in pieces. I'm clueless.
