Bulknead questions

Ok. If I want a bulkhead to allow 1 1/4" PVC to pass through, how big of a hole do I need in my tank?

Sounds like 1 1/2" bulkhead to me. If you could find 1 1/4" slip bulkhead, you could just cement the PVC right to the bulkhead. But, you probably have to buy 1 1/2" then use a bushing. I can't remember the exact size, but it's around 2 3/8." It'll say on the bulkhead label, or you can just ask when you buy the bulkhead.
