foggy water???

Anyone have any idea what foggy water comes from?

i get foggy water right as i mix up some salt. other times i get it when i stir up particles or fine sand. Always seems to go away in about a day.

excess food? are you running a skimmer?

Yes, I run a skimmer. It seems to have gone away now. I think it was the fact that I had some movement in the tank.
