How long have you had the purple lobster? Is it in your reef?

WOW!!! Nice transition from you bare Eclipse to a wonderful reef!!!! The tank is even better in person, with mysid shrimp hiding in holes, and crabs popping out everywhere. good job, nice tank!

he has been in my reef for over a year...i keep him fed very well so he will stay away from others...so far, knock on wood, he has been a good boy

what is really neat about him is that he has a day time perch and a night time perch and as soon as the lights go out he runs all the way across the tank to his night time perch

also funny, i have 2 wrasses that go to their beds every night as soon as the light go out. they each go to the same spot every night and lay down until morning

I love to see other 37 gallon reefers. I recentlly upgraded my overly stocked 20g to an Oceanic 37g and I love it so far.
Pics soon, I promise!

Keep up the good work scuba_steveo!

Thanks, I like the 37. I wish it was larger and one day it will be. My wife and I are planning to build a house in a couple of years so I have already started planning my dream tank room. It will be an in wall tank with my office as the viewing room and with a tank room behind it. But that is far off so for now my 37 will do just fine.

those of you with very nice flordia ricordea....where did you get them?
I have been looking online for a while and I have found some nice pieces but not exactly want i am looking for. I see some real nice ones on ebay but when i order i like to get several items so shipping is not as bad on a per item basis. So, where have you all bought your awesome ricordea from?
