Here's some pics of my new 38 gallon with sump and refugium custom made by Dan. Just gotta rearrange some rocks and get some life in my refugium goin. Also, gotta work on gettin rid of all the micro bubbles. Will it take time for my EV90 to stop puttin out so many bubbles like the CPR does?

Oh yeah, gotta make a cover for the stand also. I'm gonna make a matching wood cover that will be able to velcro on and off for easy access to my sump.

They have some industrial Velcro at HD that I have used on trim pieces for display aquariums. This stuff is super sticky if you dont want any peices fo fall off

Wow Manny, that's a nice looking sump. I guess that's the one you had Dan make kind of like my setup. The way I've had best luck with micro bubbles is:
1. Adding more baffles, although that might not work in this case. Mine goes under-over-under-over. Yours just goes under-over.
2. Trying to keep the center section fairly full. The more water is in there, the slower it's moving and the more time the bubbles have to rise to the surface.
3. Attaching an elbow, pointing down, to the inside of the bulkhead for the return pump. This forces the return pump to draw water from the very bottom of the sump.

Good luck!

Looks horrible Manny. Were did you learn how to do your plumbing? Just kidding. Looks great. Are the microbubbles coming from the sump or from loc-line that is above the wate line. I had the biggest problem with that till it got encrusted with saltcreep.

Thanks guys. The bubbles are coming from the sump from all the bubbles bein made by the skimmer. I wish it was just the locline problem. I raised my water a little bit and I'm gonna try that elbow thing you mentioned Matt. Another addition I'm gonna do that I haven't had a chance to get to yet is have a closed loop with a scwd and another MD20 with the returns in the front of the tank pointing towards my rocks with a fanning output. I have all the parts except for the scwd cause the one I have has a leak
