Clam chowder/Green Brittle starfish

Green brittle starfish is a great scavenger. I know that this starfish got bad reputation, but over the years that I have him, I have yet loose a fish to him.
He is eatting the calm meant for the CBB, who can only swim by and watch. Fortuatly, this is the end of the day and the CBB have had his fill of clam meat.

I agree, mine has never eaten any of my fish either. That is unless they had died already from something, great clean up guy.

I have never put one in my reef, because I was told they will eat clams.

I just added one and I have 3 Clams. Will they really eat Clams? If so does anyone want him?

They won't eat clams unless the clam is dieing. I'll take it though...lol.....

Phew. OK. He hasnt done much since I added him to the tank on Sunday. But I have been watching it to make sure he doesnt get eat anything he shouldnt. It is pretty big too.
