Help with Copperband

I got a copperband from Tim a week ago and I can not get him to eat. He also does not move now he does make a nice statue lol. But would like to find a way to keep him for awhile. Any Ideas out there?

I just tryed to pm you on msn Josh . lol. But I have so many aptasia it would be easier to count the stars at night lol. So where would be a good place to get the blood worms or is that just yard worms that you put in a blender to make bloody lol. and Mysis shrimp can I get them at the same place?

i had a friend that had aptasias so he bought a copperband and it never even looked at the aptasia. how can this be? some people swear that's what they like and others swear ''no it's something else that eats aptasia.'' does anybody really know for sure?

CB Pets has both in frozen which is better. Make sure you get the flat pack instead of the cubes. Makes it alot easier to feed only portions of food by breaking em off instead of having to cut up a cube or waste a whole cube that you've defrosted

CB pets okay where might they be located? And Dan I have no idea lol. This is my second one and the first did not eat them as well. So if this does not work then I will do what Tim told me boils a big pot of water and put each rock in it at a time for a minute or so to get rid of these things.

they also say that peppermint shrimp eat aptasia but you can never find ''they'' i have two and still have aptasia. few but still!!

lol Dan I had over 20 of those shrimp and they do not do a thing but attack your hand if in the tank. I guess they were Guard Shrimp Arf Arf lol.

I have 1 peppermint shrimp and HAD a prob with aiptasia....Now I have "0" aiptasia - so I do believe in the peppermint theory - Of course...the peppermint shrimp took out my feather duster also. Always something.... :D

Jester, I have had my copperband for over 3 years now. Mine doesn't know what an aiptasia is either. When I got mine it was a mixed up fish order by my LFS. This fish was about the size of a quarter. I started it out on the Piscene Energetics brand of mysis shrimp and there has been no turning back. This fish will flat chow them down. This is the flat pack I'm sure someone was mentioning. The cubes are about the size of brine shrimp and not worth anything compared to the PE brand.
