CO2 tank / regulator / bubble counter ?

Anyone knows wheres the best place (online or local) to get a complete CO2 setup from (tank/regulator/valve/bubble counter)? and what is a good price to pay for this setup?

This is the guy I got mine from. I was happy with it. Did not come with the tank, but you can get those pretty much anywhere locally. Had the regulator, valve and bubble counter. Nice setup.

Thanks wkopplin. Where exactly can I get the tanks from locally? and where do you get them recharged?

I got my tank from a friend of mine who had an extra. Welding supply shops have the tanks and can refill them as well. Natwell in San Antonio has them.
