Xm Bulb out again?!

Well I just turned off my lights and then after 5 minutes of being out I heard a pop. The bulb that I just got from Jim at the meet went out. This is now the second bulb on the same ballast to go. Is it possible that its a faulty ballast? I have 3 400 watter on my tank and its just this one light doing it. I dont have it too close to the water and there was no oil from hands or anything like that. Help again!!

False alarm, she fired up after letting them cool foran hour!! Woo that was a close one..........

What kind of ballast do you have?
