Need suggestions on my first coral.

40 gal Oceanic 24x18x22
CSl 1x65 50/50 pc
50 pounds of live rock
soon to be replaced seaclone
2- hagen 402 powerheads
1- maguum 350 running micron cartridge.

tanks been running since thanksgiving day

all water parameters are normal and stable

1- 3-stripe dansel
2- really mean yellow tail dansel's
1- yellow tang
2- sally lightfoot crabs
1- peppermint shrimp
assorted snails and such

i want a coral(s) that can grow in these conditions, the dansels move be moving on soon.Any suggestions, free corals? :D

I'm sure shrooms would make the tank look better, but what should i put in the tank?

You can have lots of that pretty green flowing stuff, whats it called? Oh yeah, hair algae!!!! No just kidding, Xenia, shrooms, and maybe some low light gorgoinians, also green star polyps.

Most softies would do fine in your tank. I have frags of encrusting gorgonia, several zoo morphs, green Ric yumas (would like more light probably) I would trade or sell you - PM me if interested. LPS - an open brain would love the lower lighting in your tank and probably get huge!
