today i called custom aquatics because they have been taking over a week without processing my order, so i called them to see what's up. one of the things that i ordered was a csl smartlite. the reason the lady said that it was taking so long, is that csl is going out of business and are waiting for their lights to come all at once. does anyone believe this? i mean if they are, you think that it would be posted somewhere.

Try www.championlighting.com I got an e-mail from them saying that they will be honoring CSL warranty and carrying replacment parts. They also have raelly good deals I think.

Panasonic make a half daylight/half actinic. I would show you what they look like, except I broke them during an installation 2 weeks ago. Broke in half by the connecting bridge at the end of the bulb.

I have been speaking with a few of the folks involved, in actuality, the business has not "gone out of businessA", but been absorbed into a new entity, wioth the intention of continuing distrubution of the product, More to follow when I get the confirmed information "from the horses mouth".

Panasonic bulbs actually look better and grow corals better than the CSL. At least it has been in my experience.
