photo-shock? possible moving to 3-400's, how far is the coral from the lights?

Nearly all stony corals need to eat, I'd try feeding a little zooplankton, cyclopeeze, or brine, etc. once a month or so.

Peppermints are notorious for eating polyps such as zoanthids, buttons, etc., anyone know if they eat stonys?

Peppermint shrimp are nocturnal. They hide in little holes during the daytime. They eat any soft tissue animal except leathers and and maybe closed up zoos/mushrooms. They most definitely will eat lobos given the chance.
