DAS System

I recently purchased this custom-built DAS aquarium and want to know if any of you have one or can offer feedback on how these cambers built into it work. It is a 125 gallon measuring 79"L x 15"W x 22.5"D, and has 4 large and 2 small chambers built into the back.
I will be taking my 2 smaller tanks and joining them together in this one large one. If you can offer any help on the right way to go about this, please let me know.

Jenn, the far left chamber holds the skimmer, (but you know this), then it flows through a carbon pad, then a sponge pad, then a large cylinder polishing sponge. Raise the skimmer so you can open the air valve and it will work much better. Take out the sponges and use an occasional bag of carbon. I had mine drilled and put in a refugium so it would filter better.
