Where do you guys (and girls!) get your fish? I want a few things to finish off my tank, and I want to place an order. I dont know wherre is reputable to get fish from. Let me know!

CB Pets seems to have a good reputation in the norther SA area - never been there. I buy from Aquatek, Austin Aquariums or Gallery of Pets most of the time -

CB Pets has great customer service with a great rep. They're located in Bulverde off of Hwy 46 in the shopping complex with HEB. A little drive from SA but great service. I've also bought from several local LFS just not in a while with the exception of Fintique where I bought a lawnmower blenny.

I go any where, some weeks some stores have good fish and then the next week they don't.

As far as fish go, I have used marine depot live and liveaquaria, but when I am looking to get some really neat stuff, I use The Marine Center in Dallas. Although they are a little more pricey, they have excellent quality livestock and have found me some stuff that no one else can get. (crosshatch trigger, dwarf golden moray, mystery wrasse, lineatus wrasse, bimaculatus anthia, etc)

Oliver,

Do you have any pics of your golden moray? I'm thinking about getting one myself

Thanks

Has anyone gotten fish from Aqua-Dome in South Austin? I've gotten freshwater fish from them with great success, but don't know about their SW fish or corals.

Iv'e gotten a few saltwater fish, nothing special just a yellow tang, and some clowns but their doing fine. They have resonable prices and I think they got their shipment today.

I used to shop at Aqua dome when I lived in south austin. Gary's a nice guy and will cut you some deals every once in awhile.
