What test kits are you using to get Alk 2.0 meq/L and KH 150 mg/L? Something doesn't seem right here.

Disclaimer: I'm no chemistry expert so if I'm way off base here someone please correct me.
I'm not familiar with the nutrafin test kit but I'm assuming it's an acid titration test. It's my understanding that all of the acid titration test kits are really just measuring carbonate hardness(carbonates & bicarbonates) so your fastTest Alkalinity kit and your nutrafin KH kit are really testing the same thing. The conversion is mg/L * .02 = meq/L so this would give you 3.0 meq/L with your nutrafin kit, which is fine. Your reading of 2.0 meq/L with the fasTest is on the low side.
I used the fasTest Alkalinity kit and a Hagen KH kit and my readings are:
fastTest - 2.5meq/L
Hagen - 130 mg/L (* .02 = 2.6)
So they are pretty close.
