A few months ago some bubble algae 'popped' up in my tank. I didn't know where it came from, but it looked rather pretty so I let it be. Well, when you give an inch, it takes a mile! Now its BIG and BUBBLY and everywhere. Any suggetions?

Emerald Crabs (Mithrax sculptus) are what I use, and recommend for just this occasion.

I agree with Charley, Emerald crabs. I had bubble algae in my 65g, put three Emerald crabs in and they gradually eliminated it. They also do a nice job of pouring over the live rock and cleaning it.

Good luck!
