This is an interesting study; man, the PFO really improved in the new design. I used part 1 of this study to choose PFO parallel reflectors rather than perpendicular, and the light spread in my tank is really good.

I'd have to check, but using both parts of this study could provide pretty conclusive data about light comparisons as they would appear in a tank between 400W mogule and 250W DE.
