This is the guy who sued people for complaining about bad service. He'll never get a dime of my money ever either.

There are two different companies with similar names. There is Petwarehouse with out the "s" and Petswarehouse with the "s". The first one is the bad one that people got upset about and the owner sued for slander. I think it started due to selling aquababies or something like that. Something like a small sealed aquarium with fish in it that would only last for awhile as the fish died without more oxygen and food.

The other one I have looked at their website and it looks ok. They do sell all kinds of aquariums (Oceanic, Tenecor, All Glass, and others) which is unusual for online companies. I don't think I would buy livestock from them as I think it is just something they got into as everyone else did and quality may not be that good.

how strange. i just got back from an internet information search after i began to read this thread. that is really odd how someone would take such offense from constructive criticism like that. ive been known to lose my head but not on something like this. i wonder what the settlement was for the other members(i read of one member being court ordered to post a banner on his website advertising petswarehouse.com for 240 days but the guy only posted the banner for like 2 seconds each day, lol, the order didn't specify how long the banner had to be up) i guess different people really do have different buttons that set them off. who woulda thunk it.

I had a really hard time with a very pricey lighting system I bought. Had 3 different ones shipped, all 3 broke with in days. It was 6 to 8 months and many many calls until I finally got my money back. I do not recommend them.
I do recommend DrsFosterSmith.com, they have excellent customer service and a great no questions refund policy.
