I am new to this web site and have noticed there are several people who order quite a bit online. Considering the only decent shop in San Antonio has closed, I no longer shop at the other local stores(exept for frozen brine shrimp). I get very good prices on live stock and dry goods, which is only shipped monday thru friday, shipment arrives the next day, and there is a $400.00 minimum order. I will probably be ordering in mid Febuary sometime.

What are some of your prices? Fiji LR? Pin Point PH monitor? Yellow tang?

Live Rock Fiji $4.00
Tonga Branch $4.75

Yellow Tang Med. $18.00

No PH monitor

Sorry, I cannot say who I order from. It is a wholesaler that local fish shops might use. I just know a guy who works there. I have been ordering for a couple of years now with no complaints. Just tell me what you want and I will see what I can do.

KJ is just an individual, but you'll find that many stores will not tell you who their wholesaler is. The stores don't want to let the customers, or their competitor to know where they're getting their stuff from.

I agree! Josh or I can save you a substantial amount of money at those prices, or are you trying to retail to our group? We have a number of people in this group that are buying wholesale already and selling to the group for much less than LFS and sometimes less than online stores. We are all selling at fair prices and work together for the good of this group; we can easily work you into our rotation. We would be interested in you sharing knowledge with us also. Why don't you give a lecture at one of our meetings on something you are good at, new products, or whatever in reef keeping. We are looking forward to your participation... Welcome aboard.

I get information and share info with the local stores up here. I guess since I do so many acropora I am not much of a threat to the average store.

I was just trying to help out, I am not a retailer. I just thought I was getting a really good deal compared to the stores in S.A., Joshua told me about some other places that sound a hole lot better than what I had to offer. I've only been reefing for about two years now, since a friend of mine from the navy started working at this fish place in L.A. (which does supply to two fish sores in S.A.). Since I started my reef tank I have had difficulty finding other people interested/involved. When I e-mailed Aquarium Sales and Service this web site some how got my e-mail(which was great). Anyway thanks for the info about other places I will definately take a look. Mabee I can get in on an order with some of you guys.
