Please notice the new 50K 400Watts Iwasaki Aqua Bulb by itslelf, with no actinic supplementation. It's still in the testing stage, and won't be out for awhile.

Is that lamp avaliable in 400 watts now? What ballast drives it best?

According to Steve Ruddy of coralreefecosystems.com, "The 400w Aqua has been made to operate using a MH M59 ballast."
