    Default Surge bucket

Anyone tried this idea for a surge device?

Sounds interesting with easy to find parts.

I have tried different set-ups for the surges. The ones I am using now are the best I have tried. All the set-ups with moving parts, like toilet flushers fail from time to time and have to be re-set. Mine run off syphons now and have never stopped except when the pump gave out.

    Tim -
I have read that the siphon surge devices produce a lot of small air bubbles compared to other devices. Supposedly the surge bucket produces some larger bubbles that rise to the surface very quickly though. Do you have any probs with this on your units? Also, could you post a pic of yours? I'm interested in finding out more about them.

Yes I get tiny bubbles, but it never causes a problem. I'll try to get some pictures.
