Harliquin Tusk sick

Anyone have any experience on treating a harliquin tusk? Hes in QT tank.
Ive used Nox-Ich and a bit of Prazipro.

Hes not eating but he is breathing and swiming a bit

A lot of fish today have flukes. A freshwater dip will kill the flukes. I have never had tusk, so you may want to google fw dipping a tusk
