I'm giving up on trying to get Green Chromis through my QT process. I've sacrificed a number of these beautiful little fishes watching them pick themselves off one by one, only to purchase more, start QT all over again, and watch it repeat yet another time. Full disclosure: The first batch I had two died from uronema symptoms. The remainder and subsequent purchases have been treated with chloroquine, formalin, and metro, with multiple tank transfers in between. None are currently showing any signs of disease and are eating well. Because uronema is prevelant in Chromis I highly recommend that you put them through your own QT process prior to them entering a main display tank.
If someone out there wants to adopt these guys and thinks they will have better luck than I have, please come pick them up from me and I'll just be content that they find a better caretaker.
