My vet "doesn't do fish" as I was just told, along with the half dozen other places I called in San Antonio and one in Austin. I have an outbreak of uronema and am trying to find someone that can write a prescription for Chloroquine. Any veterinarians that you know of in San Antonio that are sympathetic to fish owners?

I found it here and had it overnighted. Hopefully it's really as pure as they claim.

Our vet didn't do fish either. But I showed him an article, and pics of my tank/problem. He was happy to take care of it, once he understood.

I did the same with our vet and couldn't get a sympathetic ear. I couldn't even get her to come out of the back to talk to me personally. I'll have a new vet by the time my dogs need their next checkup - it really ticked me off that she wouldn't even take time to listen.
