Just a heads up. The base Apex Jr. unit does not contain the Ph module or probe, but it can be added. I think the probe and module together maybe $150 new. The module also lets you do a bunch of other stuff.

Source: I use an Apex Jr, recently purchased. Basically only controls lights and heater out of the box, but you do get the full Apex Fusion capability as far as web browser and device access from anywhere as well as emails and alarms. It is perfect for that limited use, and if you want more you can add on modules pretty extensively. I also found the temp probe to be incredibly accurate. Based on readings from that probe, you can configure the controller to turn lights and/or heaters on and off. I also use it to set my light cycle across three light sources. But that is just a basic on/off mechanism on a timer...not gradual adjustments to individual lights that more sophisticated reefers would want.
