I am getting the shorter version as it is to tall for my stand. If no one purchases it by next week, I will just ship it back to the UK and exchange for the shorter one.

Build quality was good for the price. The cords that attach the light to the plug were a little flimsy. I know more companies are getting into the algae reactor market so I would look around some first.
