It technically is "running" however i dont like the way i plumbed it it, i will go pick up a few new fittings and redo it. Thought i had more room that what i do. I am going to take a 90 and turn the intake straight down.

Question of the day. Run lighting opposite of the DT cycle, OR run lights 24/7 for the ATS? and cheato is below it

I've always run opposite light cycles on fug/ats.

I usually do 18 hour on, 6 hours off. I have the "off" cycle during the main lighting cycling (like noon to 6pm)

From what I've read (and I read a LOT!...lol), a 24/7 lighting period actually inhibits optimal growth

I usually run my lights opposite the main tank to help balance the pH in the tank system.

Slow to mature but it could be the way i have it hanging then screen doesnt have even water flow across it. BUT it is growing!

I used a white plastic grid previously when I ran one of these. Roughed up really well, it worked great.
