The Board of Directors is looking for your feedback about a MAAST Frag Crawl around San Antonio! We will be advertising this event on MAAST, SAOSA, and ARC as filling the bus is key to this being a success.
We will be renting a private, 40 person charter bus and doing a shopping tour of our local sponsors. We will spend approximately 30-40
minutes at each store with the last few minutes being dedicated to checkout and a small
drawing at each stop for a total of 7 drawings throughout the day! We'd ideally be meeting at somewhere like the aquarium as it has a large and secure parking lot that is central to most of our members. We will also ask sponsors to provide some light refreshments and offer special discounts for those who are on the trip.
We will be breaking for lunch somewhere in the middle of the day and then continuing onward.
The day will consist of 7 shop stops (currently) and a lunch and the trip will run approximately 5 hours. The bus has wifi and phone plugs and we will also be inquiring about tv/ DVD services to maybe watch Finding Nemo/ Dory or a documentary. We imagine there would be some good Pokémon hunting for those who play Pokémon go also!
At the end of the event we'd like to do a drawing for a nice giveaway item which will be decided once we confirm interest.
Giving that seating is limited we ask that you only reserve a seat or two for yourself and possibly one guest.
Please let us know if you'd like to attend! This event would have to be in JULY as the rates are lowest then and would probably be towards the end of the month. Tentatively we are shooting for Sunday July 30th around 10AM-3PM.
