We had a slab leak and need to move our 140g tank from the study to the kitchen.
Looking for few guys to help move it this Saturday afternoon, in exchange for beer and pizza. We should hopefully have the MAAST cart, so it shouldn't be too bad.
Please let us know if you can help.
Thanks- Mike & Kristy

Thanks Alton. Anyone else available? Over the years I have helped a ton of people on here move tanks and stuff, so hoping other people step up.

This weekend is tough for me but I might be able to. It depends on what time we start. I'm not sure where the MAAST cart is at but I do have some furniture movers we can use. Mike, where are you located at?

I leave work in Fredericksburg at 5 tomorrow and can be there around 630
if that's not too late for you guys.

Hey Zack, yes we still live in the same place! :) Looking at moving it around 1:00 tomorrow, provided that works for Alton and Justin also? It would be great if you could join us because there is one little tricky spot to get through (maybe 5 feet) where strength will be needed. The whole move should be over quickly if everything goes to plan.
If Justin and Zack could send us your phone numbers, we will coordinate. I don't think I have your current number, Zack, because the last texts I sent you ~3 months ago got no response.

Oops, somehow I missed the 2nd part of your post Zack. Right now we are trying to figure out if we can get everything prepped and move it this evening bc we have another guy who could help tonight. Just a matter of breaking down the tank into various holding tanks but don't want to rush things and screw it up... If you can send me your number, we can discuss options.

Is someone able to store the new hospital bed/cart? Going to need a truck to pick it up.

Big thanks to Alton and Justin for the help on Saturday. The move went fairly smoothly and so far all our fish are doing good. Still have a couple of things to finish and we are exhausted, but it is done. :)
