What a great and enlightening presentation by Mike. Sustainability of our oceans depends on people like Mike and Luis who truly believe in research, experimentation and propagation to sustain species long term. I knew a man many years ago who was a curator for a zoo and he spent 3 months in Papua collecting rare birds and fighting for conservation because their habitat was destined for destruction. Since that time these species have thrived. One small step for man kind, one giant step for species preservation. I would like to thank both Mike and Luis for their dedication and MAAST for helping to making it possible.
