46 gallon bowfront canopy

I have been commissioned to build a simple canopy for a 46 gallon bowfront tank. I thought it would be nice to post a build thread as it comes together.

Here is the design I am working toward. It will match the factory stand and have a semigloss black exterior. the entire front door will open upward.

hardest part of the canopy is assembled - now the glue has to dry overnight.

all done. the acrylic rail is for mounting the led light fixture he has.
