You know that point where you've been looking for lights and then they all seem to come at once??? Yup. im there right now. I recently bought a great used Coralife aqualight Pro from a member here. awesome light, then the big brother showed up. (this one is (3) 150 Watt MH with (4) 98 watt actinic CF and the one I want is (3) 250 watt MH with (4) t5 combo). I run SPS so I can really use the extra wattage. i bought the fixture for 160.00 - bought mounting legs and an extra set of MH bulbs (15k). i also ordered in replacement LED moonlights for it and they should be here this week.
anyone need this fixture? ill pass it on for 200. It comes with the 150 watt ballasts (3) as well. I'll even throw in a fan for cooling if it's gonna be in a canopy. 3 14k (look like 12k) MH 150 wt bulbs (came with it and are new as well) and the hanging kit that I didn't use.
Why 40.00 more? Led replacement moon lite bulbs, new 15k MH bulbs and the legs were 80.00 shipped. So recoup half my investment on that.
It's perfect on the 125 gallon I have, again. Awesome fixture. Just want the extra wattage from its big brother. PM me if interested... And Thank Beverly Anne for the initial steal in price. Need this gone this week. If not, I'll have to pass on the other fixture and I really want the big brother to this. This light will still work great for me, I just want the larger option. Thanks!!!!
