I'd hope it's not or you way under sold. Sunbursts go for 400-500 easy. Hard to tell by the pic.

Call me crazy but that looks like a very nice green bta. Are there other colors of sunburst? The only ones I've seen are red with green

If you're referring to the Colorado Sunburst it's not really even close. Here's a pic of one of those BTAs.

First is a cell pic of my true Gonzo sunburst and second is my underwater camera. I was just referencing a sunburst because it looks similar to mine under whites or cell pic.

I was able to confirm from the person I bought the aquarium from, he said it is a flame tip bubble anemone.
