I'll be starting a nano tank that will replace my zoa tank that I currently have. I built a stand for it and plumbing will be tied to my main system. I will use AI Hydra26 to light up this tank.

Nice build, it looks like they have changed it up slightly since I had mine. Having an LED fixture will be perfect, all I had at the time was a 250w MH which was over kill.

Here's how I plumb the tank.
http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/07/d66eb79678349fe52fab58c3c0d1ddb1.jpg

I setup the tank using a sicce 3 return pump. The head pressure is about 5-6' total and I can't fill the center column to create a waterfall. In addition, it's burping on the discharge (note: cap is removed on top of the tee). At one point it burp and spilled a little bit of water on the floor. Right now I choke the flow about 25% open until I figure out what needs to be done. I figure I need a bigger pump.
What do u guys think?

Looks awesome... Nice concept. That water line would make me a little nervous though.

The water line makes me nervous as well but so far it's not bad. I need to upgrade the pump bc the head pressure is too great as I built my stand to be 45". I may also invest in the apex leak sensors for peace of mind.
