Reefkeeper Elite with NET Help

SO I have my Reefkeeper all set up and the router plugged in and fallowed all the directions and still cannot get this thing to work. I keep getting unable to connect to server can anyone point me in the right directions I am running the new windows operating system well the most current one if that helps. Please this is driving me nuts.

This is what I used to adapt my reefkeeper to wifi. It's pretty much plug and play. Plug your Cat5 cable from your Net Module into the adaptor and apply power. That's it.
