65 gallon Bubble Tip Anemone and Clownfish tank

Over the last few months I have been in the process of moving most of my coral out of my 65 gallon mixed reef to make room for a Bubble Tip Anemone collection. The conversion is finally complete with a wide variety of 16 BTAs. Some are very unique color variations The other inhabitants are 7 Platinum Clowns, one Onyx Picasso Clown, a Dispar Anthias, a Blue Chromis, and two Engineer Gobies. My picture taking skills along with Iphone pictures will not make for a good combination but I will post up some pics.

I wish I had a means of taking better pictures. This nem is one of my favorites for sure. It wasn't advertised as a Dayglow but it sure looks like the pictures I have seen of them. It goes from a light green base to orange tentacles with bright pink tips. It actually looks like it is glowing when the lights get bluer at night.

This one is a project. It was a green bta with large white flakes in the tentacles. It went in the rocks for a few weeks and finally emerged totally bleached out. It moves out into the light a little more each day and stays opened up a little longer each day so it is recovering. It is a good example of how delicate wild caught anemones can be.

That green bta will recover in no time man. All of them look really healthy Dean. They still splitting like crazy for you?

The rainbow has split twice. Yours and the one that Nanoman has. One of my Shermans, the Phams Rainbow, The Phams Sunburst, and the gold base green BTA are all huge now though. I expect some splitting soon hopefully. :)

Maroons definitely love bubble tips. Bubble tips are also way less dangerous to your other fish than carpets.
