Probably micro bubbles from skimmer output, benign, but some people don't like the return pump sucking them up and spitting them out in the display. There are various options for killing the bubbles, like putting foam around the skimmer output to trap them.

It's your skimmer. I would consider making adjustments and maybe consider adjusting the air intake. If bubbles are still there then I would place a filter around your pump intake. Just make sure it's the right one that gets rid of air bubbles.

Oh ok cool i have my air intake pretty low.. imma turn that up now
