I'm not really sure. I think World Wide and Salty fish take it but I'm not sure. You may want to reach out to them by asking the question on their sponsor forum pages.

The last time I asked Terry at SaltyFish they did not take paypal but it never hurts to check again. All of our online vendors do though.
