Can you identify this coral?

A Friend of mine has this coral and we are not sure what type of coral it is. Anyone have any ideas? She started with this one and now has 3. Thanks in advance.

That's a sarcophyton toadstool leather coral.

thank you! I wondered about that but since it is just a ball and not spreading out I was not sure.
Do you know why it stays in a ball at the top instead of fanning out like the pictures you find?

It just has a lot of growing to do. It will fan out eventually.
