I'm going to be placing an order with Aqua SD for delivery on the 27th. Let me know if you want to jump in to help with shipping cost after today's sale.

Can you give some details on the plan for shipping/pickup? I've been on all of the recent orders with lsingh ("Lucky") and Kyle where we had the delivery held at the ups hub at eckhert and bandera. We all met there and split up the shipment and that seemed to work well.

Let me know what the plan is for handling delivery and pickup and I'll take a look and see if I can make any impulse buys. I might have a little space available for the right piece...

It will be hard for me to travel out that morning because I'll be on daddy duty so I plan on just having the package shipped to my house. I live up 281n outside 1604 and plan on floating the bags until you can come by. If someone else is willing to go to the ups hub and meet me closer to home, I'm ok with that too.

I feel it's a good idea to pick up in am at ups since in my area ups doesn't come until 5 or 6 in evening this just keeps coral from being on truck all day

I personally can't make it to the local hub that morning. I guess I'll ship mine separately unless someone lives by me and is willing to bring everything by the house. My fedex/ups overnight deliverys are always here around 10:30.

Okay. Let's do a group order for delivery at the UPS hub on Eckhert then. I have sent in my order to AquaSD. You guys can email Will your orders and let him know its for "Group Order - MAAST member furam28 - San Antonio". I am thinking shipping on 25th for delivery on 02/26/15. Dkray. If it works for you I can pickup and hold your frags in my tank until you can pickup in the evening if you want. I live on Eckhert and Huebner.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GROUP ORDER:

I have confirmed this group order with Will@AquaSD so its all set to go. The order will ship out on Feb 25th, so if you want to join in, please place your order with AquaSD by Feb 24th. Anyone can join. Here are the details:

1. Find the items that you want to order from AquaSD sale thread: http://www.maast.org/showthread.php?83153-UPDATE-amp-SALE!-ASD-Sunday-2-15-15-Sunday-6-30pm-PST! . They have over 500 frags at great prices.
2. Email the item number, description and price to: aquasandiego@gmail.com and they will confirm if the items are available. Make sure to mention that this will be part of the MAAST furam28 Group Buy.
3. Once they confirm its available, send them payment. No need to pay for shipping. I paid the full $40 shipping, so depending on number of people joining in, you will pay your share of the shipping cost to me cash when you pickup. So far its me (furam28), Enginerd, nanoreefer11 and ktipp so shipping is $10 each person. If you join in, the shipping will be $8 each person (no matter how many frags you want to order, it will be flat $8 total).
4. The items will be shipped to the UPS hub on Eckhert and Bandera: 7129 Eckhert Road, San Antonio, TX 78238 . We will all meet there at 9am on Thursday February 26th to pickup. If you are not able to be there, I can pick up and float your bags in my sump until later that day. I live on Eckhert and Huebner.

Its getting shipped on Wednesday February 25th, so as long as you place your order by Tuesday February 24th you are fine.

You'll need to email AquaSD first to check and make sure they have the frags you want. Its WYSIWYG.

I live near the Huebner/eckhert/Babcock area...I have foreign clients visiting this week, is there any way you can hold mine in your tank until just a little later in the day? I'm already in either way...but it'd take a little pressure off of me if I knew I didn't have to race home and acclimate and then race back to the office.
