hours of operation

Today is the fourth time in four weeks that i have tried to visit your store! ALL four time you have been Closed during your posted hours of operation. Can you guys please update your hours of operation or at be here at said posted hours. As i sit here in my truck posting this. there have been three people pull up and LEAVE you guys are losing money by not being here. I have been trying to pick up my aquarium for the past month!!!! Please get back with me as to when you will actually be here.

Have you tried texting their store number or their email? I know every once in a while they step out to get supplies or answer "tank emergencies"

No i havent tried that. Nor should i have too. If that were the case a simple sign on the door stating the reason should be fine. But nope four times in a row. No one there!!!

That weekend applies to the 16th. Two weeks ago. Either way they should inform their patrons.

Good thing I live close by! I still call jj everytime before I head out towards his store. One thing to remind you guys though: an lfs like jjs is not in it for the money. They are supporting the hobby. Don't think of them as a "business". They are doing us a favor as much as we are doing them a favor. I know you wouldn't have to call petco to make sure they are open. But before you head out zephyr's direction take the extra min to call to check if they r open. My 2 cents.

I agree. Every time I've gone JJ's primary work truck is parked outside. I know that job comes first as that's how he supports his family. I honestly don't know how some of these lfs make money with the deals I get. I do understand the frustration though. Just maybe as stated above trying calling as he's a one man shop trying to make it work.
