Whats the best food out there to get the best growth while keeping phosphates down or to a minimum?

Just feed your fish plenty.

I see stuff like Reef Chili, Reef Roids, is it even worth it, like do the corals get any benefit from it?

I feed Rod's and the food that one of our members makes that has tiny particles in it. I shoot some across my zoanthids and palys and most close up on the particles. I don't know how much it helps but according to the article it can be beneficial.

I have a lite load of coral in my tank currently and only feed my fish. My zoanthids continue to grow at a good rate, I would not feed them. It is probably more important to have proper lighting.
