Getting ready to set up another Nextreef MR1 with just carbon... What the best Carbon out there and why in your opinion? Also, how often do you change your carbon?

Hiatt makes a tri-based carbon that is made for bacteria cultures. But I only found 1 or 2 places that carry it online.
