Why are you looking to add one? Just to polish the water or clear up some nuisance algae?

Will you be running it in conjunction with any other reactor?

If you are looking for advice on what carbon to run I have heard the Rox carbon is one of the best and lasts the longest.

I was running a Nextreef bio pellet reactor w a Nextreef GFO reactor, I was getting a lot of Cyano, been Really busy and didn't notice reactor was clogged, I took it out and its soaking in Vinegar now, but want to go back to just GFO & Carbon... I like Rox, but don't like the way it tend so slow down towards end of month and clog up reactor pads. I might go w Reefcarbon and a different reactor.. What do you think?

Here's a pic of the Biopellet reactor I have...

I ran the regular small grain BRS carbon in a TLF reactor for a while and it seemed to do fine. Do you think your clogging issues was due to the reactor or the larger grain carbon? Before switching reactors give a smaller grain carbon a shot and see if that helps. You may have to change it a little sooner than with the Rox though.
