I just won her at MACNA and figured I would offer it for sale here first. I am asking 475.
With the release of the Sea and Reef Clowns, the value has dropped like a rock. I have it on Ebay, but would rather sell local.

Wow, nice. That extra zero is a typo right?

Lol I know right, expensive little clown. Some a little bit uglier sold for around 1800. Not sure, I haven't done the research on it yet. I got the story, and everyone at MACNA was talking 3-4000 if I go to reef central, but I doubt it after looking at the last auctions.

$400 to $600 sounds a lot more reasonable for a captive bred fish.

it's always worth what someone is willing to pay for it

I don't think that is necessarily true. What one person is willing to pay does not necessarily set what the market value is.

I didn't say market value, just some one may not mind paying $2k for it to have it first.

I ordered this and before I even opened it, I don't need it. It is still in the box, it's actually still in the shipping box. I payed $300 for it, I will let it go for $290, I don't want to lose too much on it, seeing as how it's still in the box.
I am in need for a good skimmer for my 75g fowler, let me know and maybe we can work out a deal. Sold

From their webpage:
The SeaChem HydroTote™ is a collapsible jug that holds up to 20 L (5 gallons). It`s perfect for customers that get their saltwater, RO water, or DI water at their local fish store. When not in use, it easily folds up to take up less space. It pours easily and can withstand a drop of up to 3 meters while full.
HydroTote™ is the ideal space-saving alternative for 5 gallon hard jugs that simply consume too much space.

Sea and reef actually still has the fish, I didn't want to stress it too many times, I knew I wasn't going to keep it.
